hp 840 g5 is working very slow

My friend can you please help me out

I having a problem with a hp 840 g5
Computro-6050A2945601-MB-A01(A1)

It is working very slow

After i put a new bios

I got this message : bios identity data recovered

the bios recovered its identity data from the embedded controller due to data mismatch

After I power of the laptop

And power on again the caps lock led blinks 5 time

Every time i power on the laptop

And after caps lock blinks 5 time it takes 25 30 sec to boot up

Can you check and fix my bios backup

It boots up fast now

And the caps lock not blink anymore

no errors appears
