    Hi,

    I forgot the password of my HP430 G5 :-(
    I am able to start Win10 and laptop is working well - but I have no chance to open bios without inserting password :-(
    How can I take backup of bios to upload it here? It's version Q85 v01.02.05.
    Or can I use the .bin above (as I have the same board) to upload it on my laptop? How can I upload that .bin?

    read main bios backup with eeprom reader and post it here

    Is it necessary to desolder the bios chip from mainboard therefore or is it possible to read it out with eeprom reader without desldering it?
