    1. Turn on the laptop and you will see a picture that shows the password screen.
    2. Press 3 times a wrong Password
    3. After this in your screen will appear the picture of service tag (system number)

      Introducir 3 veces un password incorrecto.
      Después de esto en pantalla aparecerá una imagen pidiendo el etiqueta de servicio (número de sistema).
    Post here your service tag or the picture when the service tag appears.

    for example in this photo, you can see the service tag is: 8X12312
    (Por ejemplo, en esta foto puedes ver que el service tag es: 8X12312)

    I entered the same incorrect Password as per your instructions with the Listing 3 times without resulting "screen only with Service Tag" coming up. Then I entered 3 different incorrect Passwords in succession, still with no resultant Service Tag on screen. Here is picture from the BIOS of the "F175RT1" listed Service Tag. I am also enclosing pictures of Password requirements I have been able to pull up so far. Maybe this helps resolve whether you can help un-Password this Tablet and whether your procedure will effect the 10 ST2e as well as the 10a ST2e tablets, if the "10e" really is a correct model name. Pictures of the screen don't come out very clear. Hope this helps for now. Thanks for the help. Please let me know if I can do more.

    Attempting get rid of BIOS Password on DELL Inspiron 10-ST2 with Service Tag # F175RT1.
    Now I'll get over to the listing and pay for the listing. We could not get the Service Tag
    to show as indicated in your procedures and/or by entering incorrrect Service Tag 3 times,
    etc. After adding external keyboard and mouse, was able to finally get into the BIOS
    and find its display of the Service Tab.
