    2. Press 3 times a wrong Password
    3. After this in your screen will appear the picture of entering unlock password key

    Hello,

    I’ve just bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-53CU and I don’t have any way to know the password they used for the bios and no way to even select my windows boot drive…

    Here’s the 10-digit code that’s displayed after 3 tries :
    1281883862.

    My laptop’s manufacturing date is 2019/09/05.

    Hi I have a new Acer Nitro 5 Model AN515-54-5608 and there is an Administrator password set which I don't know. I have a prompt to enter an unlock password for key 1011612521, can you help? I've contacted Acer Support but they won't give me the key and it's very difficult for me to return the laptop to the supplier or take it to a service centre because I am in isolation due to the Covid-19 virus.
