    1. Turn on the laptop and you will see a picture that shows the password screen.
    2. Press 3 times a wrong Password
    3. After this in your screen will appear the picture of service tag (system number)

    I get a dell Inspiron 3451

    I explain my problem is that 3 years ago I bought this laptop and about 6 months ago I wanted to change the BIOS settings but it asks me to enter the password to unlock setup
