    Is there a way to flash bios manually OUTSIDE of Windows?

    I have a PC a with a bad hard drive that is locked from booting to any devices outside of THAT hard drive. I think I’m F***ED, but I’d like to hear that I’m not. I really don’t want to throw this thing in the garbage... :(
