    Hi,

    I have this Dell laptop 5490 for which I bought an unlock code from a different seller and the code doesn't seem to work. It's not the first time I'm doing a unlock, I've done it successfully with other laptops. The laptop has a UK QWERTY layout. Can you please check if your generator gives a different code. If it does I would like to try it. I've also attached a photo of the screen and keyboard layout. Thanks
