    1. Turn on the laptop and you will see a picture that shows the password screen.
    2. Press 3 times a wrong Password
    3. After this in your screen will appear the picture of service tag (system number)

      Introducir 3 veces un password incorrecto.
      Después de esto en pantalla aparecerá una imagen pidiendo el etiqueta de servicio (número de sistema).
    Post here your service tag or the picture when the service tag appears.
    (Escribe aquí tu Service tag o una imagen mostrando el service tag.)

    for example in this photo, you can see the service tag is: 8X12312
    (Por ejemplo, en esta foto puedes ver que el service tag es: 8X12312)

    Well, that appears to get me past the system password, only now to find out there is a HDD password. :(
    Do you have capability to do the HDD password too, and if so how do we get that done. There is a HDD serial number at that prompt.
    Just let me know what I need to do. Thanks...........
